Last week I received a warning sign. I came back from my holidays with an extra few pounds and came back to my normal training volume. A few days later I had a pain at the back of my left leg this  stopped me on one of my runs. That’s just simply from impact problems like this always comes from a combination of few things and this is no different from any other one. I still have eight weeks to my next  event (Pen Y Fan race) so it will be not be a problem to recover from this one. I just have to switch my favourite running into a bike, cross trainer etc.

On the plus side I should mention that flyers had been ordered and they are on their way. Another big job to do: place them in the pubs, clubs, gyms, libraries…
